At Smart Digital, we are committed to a family-oriented corporate culture. In order to assess our measures for a good work-life balance, we participated in the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth index for work-family life balance.*
This index measures the innovativeness and flexibility of measures taken by companies to provide and enable a good work-family life balance. We are especially proud of the fact that we achieved very good results in the areas of ‘flexible, co-determinable working time arrangements’, ‘mobile work/home office’ and ‘proportion of female managers’.
We are pleased to support a progressive corporate culture and to shape future work environments in a family-friendly way through our participation in the work-family life index.

*The index for work-family life balance is offered as part of the corporate programme ‘Success Factor Family’ by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth to promote a family-conscious work environment in cooperation with trade associations and unions. The goal is to make family friendliness a trademark of the German economy. The index was developed in collaboration with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and the Federal Association of HR Managers (BPM) for operational practice.
